CRM and Sales Force

 Hello Everybody,

Welcome back to the digital economy news and updates 2023 blog. This week we are going to look at a CRM which is a customer management relationship which is an initiative that various companies use to manage the interactions with their customers and various other possible customers. I used the salesforce trailheads website to get my learning kick started. Salesforce helps businesses keep track of customer interactions and sales data. 

 

I studied three different courses on the salesforce (1) Service intelligence (2) Tableau Accelerators on AppExchange and (3) Meet Grant making.

 

Service Intelligence

Service intelligence helps executives, service manager and service agents by collecting customers data and trends into one space to make it easy and very accessible for all. It provides some great insights into the companies’ operations. These insights can help executives, service managers and service agents understand behaviour, satisfaction, and trends. This service provides some key performance indicators and the capability of Artificial intelligence. The service provides ready made dashboards and reports.

 

Tableau Accelerators on AppExchange

Tableau is a visual platform that aids companies and transforms how they use data to sole business problems and various questions. It helps a company allow their staff to understand their data. Tableau have various accelerators to help companies they are pre built dashboards and workbooks that allow the company to add in their own data to make it personal to their own business need. They can also connect to other Tableau users and enterprises and to salesforce .

 

Meet Grant Making

Salesforce offer a solution delivers, manages, and tracks funding programs for grant making. This solution helps a grant company manage an entire grant making process. It helps aid through the planning, delivery, and evaluation stages. It provides the company with aiding tools which have been designed to manage funding, budgets , applications, giving grants and manage money and where it went.
