We are going to have a look into the world of AI in business and all that it can do for business in todays ever changing world. 

AI is something that is sweeping the globe and it will soon change the way in which we do business and will changed how businesses operate. Its important for us to understand what AI can do for our businesses. 

AI has been defined as the intelligence of machines or software, as opposed to the intelligence of humans or animals. The term AI may also refer to the intelligent machines themselves

1. Customer service

AI has helped customers improve their online customer service. Have you ever went onto a companies website and up pops the little chat bot in the corner asking if you need a helping hand this is AI in full swing. This little chat bot feature has allowed businesses to have an improved level of customer service by offering that extra helping hand to customers navigating their websites. Every company wants to have top notch customer service and a lot of them don't have the time resources or finance in order to man this so AI doing it for them has been ground breaking. 

2. Recommendations

AI has helped businesses to track their customers interests and from there provide recommendations to customers of products that they perceive to be of interest to the customer. If a customer sees tailored recommendations to them for products they are more likely to continue all the way to check out with said product. This will majorly benefit the business as it will hold onto its customers as they will feel a sense of personalisation when they use this businesses website.

3. Data analytics

AI has improved data analytics for businesses. Data Analytics allows businesses to gain insights that were previously inaccessible by discovering new patterns and correlations in data. AI can categorize by topic or themes and notify you of trends which will help improve your data analytics. This will save businesses valuable time, resources and finance as they wont have to spend hour trolling through reports and data themselves as AI will categorise this data altogether in one place.
